Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel comfortable purchasing from Journey Underwater.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We accept returns of unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
If you require a different size, exchanges may be arranged subject to stock availability.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
